What if you use an Apple computer, or a tablet, and want to access your fundraising database? The current version of MemSys is a Windows app, so there’s not an easy way to do that. It’s one of several reasons we’ve been reinventing our MemSys software as EasyFund CRM, a web-based fundraising database application that flows the way you do fundraising.
We are excited to present EasyFund CRM.
This is a new web-based application that uses the same database as MemSys 5, and is now accessible from any large screen browser. This can be from Safari on a Mac, or Chrome on a tablet. This interface is brand new, and will feel familiar and yet more smoothly flowing from one step to the next.

You’ll see graphs and charts for the dashboard, a side-by-side view for donors, and we are introducing Power Lists.
Other new features coming with EasyFund CRM
- Background processing for large processes (credit card authorizatons, data updates)
- Triggered events for things like sending a receipt when a payment is saved
- MailChimp donor information updates
